2017 Arts & Crafts Festival Chamber Member Civic Groups Registration
Exhibitor Fees for 2017, NO REFUNDS once application is processed:
Option 1: For a booth to sell a product or hold a raffle
$225 for applications sent by March 31, 2017
$275 for applications sent after April 1, 2017
Option 2: For a booth to ONLY give out information (NO selling on the street)
$125 for applications sent by March 31, 2017
$175 for applications sent after April 1, 2017
NO application will be processed unless it includes the following:
1. Completed application form
2. Certificate of insurance for 1 million dollars of property damage and bodily injury
3. Exhibitor’s FEE (see above)
MUST BE A CHAMBER MEMBER
