Frederick Road Fridays Vendor Policy
From the first Friday in June to the last Friday in August, the Frederick Road Friday concerts are hosted by the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce in partnership with a member nonprofit organization.
The Chamber works to secure required permits, liquor licenses, liability insurance policies, security personnel, and all of the amenities that are needed to present these weekly concerts. The policy below helps to ensure that we are in compliance with the requirements of the permits, licenses, and insurance policies:
“Only Chamber members may participate at the FRF concerts through their sponsorships. No outside vendors are permitted to set-up a booth, sell merchandise, or take tips for services unless they are members of the Chamber, have our Board of Directors permission to participate, and have presented the Chamber with a copy of their insurance policy.
The partnering non-profit organizations, who are members of the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, provide numerous volunteers to set-up, staff, break-down, and clean-up the site following the event. In recognition of their significant contribution to the success of our events, all tip donations as well as a share of the profits from the sale of beer and wine are contributed to their organization.
It is a violation of the liquor license for alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the premises, therefore, NO outside alcoholic beverages are allowed at these events. Please support the featured non-profit and civic organizations by purchasing your beverages at the concerts.
We love dogs! But unfortunately at crowded events like Frederick Road Friday, we cannot allow dogs on the premises for health and safety reasons.
We should also make you aware that the owners of the facility generously donate the space to us with the understanding that it be left free of trash. Please dispose of recycling and trash in appropriate receptacles.
